Share Your Song, Let's Dream Better Futures Together
We're creating a soundscape of dreams for tomorrow
Amici,1 let’s do something a little different.
Last month, I shared a few of the songs I dream better futures to. Now, I’d love to build a playlist—a soundscape of all of us dreaming together. Would you be interested in hearing that? A shared soundtrack from our little corner of the world, made of courage, hope, heart, and future-building energy?
If so, I’d love for you to send me one song. A song you listen to when you dream of a bright tomorrow. A song that lifts you up, gives you wings, reminds you what’s possible. Even if just for a moment.
I’ll gather these songs into a playlist (Spotify and YouTube versions) and send it out in a mid-year letter. Just in time for hazy summer dreaming in the Northern Hemisphere, and deep winter seeding in the Southern.
You can send your song anonymously if you like, or add a note about the future you're dreaming of, or the project you’re building toward it. Visions of every kind—personal or collective, traditional or radical—are welcome here, even if they don’t harmonize with one another… yet.
I’m so curious to hear what we sound like together.
Maybe some classic soul, next to old punk, next to fresh country, next to ancient folk from around the world… who knows what music might meet us there?
